A few weeks ago, during a particularly challenging bout of “cosmic weather” I decided that I would publish a column offering my readers an opportunity for some assistance to help them get “unstuck” from whatever was currently holding them back in life. I posted a request for Reader's stories on Facebook and the emails and requests for help came flooding in overnight. This column is dedicated to Angie who resides in Southern California.
I have never met Angie or read for her in the past but I did recognize her name from the Illuminated Journey Page on Facebook. Angie’s question was about her business.
Angie has run a successful local Southern California business since 1997 selling her herbal lotions and aromatherapy sprays through her own store and also wholesale to other local stores.
They sell quite well in the local stores and so she decided to run an ad in a metaphysical magazine to expand her business outside the local area.
She received a really positive response to her ad in the magazine with retailers requesting information and providing shipping info and business resale numbers but then each sale would mysteriously come to a complete halt.
At the same time, she had started a non-profit with the purpose of handing out food to those in need, including both people and pets. She had also lined up a local space to run her non-profit and distribute food to both people and their pets.
The space that she had lined up fell through as well. Angie was feeling really frustrated and questioning her life path when she came to me for the reading.
Looking at her Natal and progressed charts during the reading I reassured her that she was sharing her natural gifts with the world quite beautifully.
This is a woman who is gifted with enormous amounts of insight, intuition and compassion, the drive and discipline to get things done and with a Truth-seeking Sagittarius Moon in the sixth house of Health and Service, an emotional desire to be of service to others.
She also has a very active (and crowded), spiritual and compassionate twelfth house occupied by Mercury, Venus, Juno, Ceres and Vesta all in close conjunction working “behind the scenes” and exchanging energy and ideas with her Sixth House Sag Moon.
Transiting Saturn, Jupiter and the Uranus-Pluto square were simply shaking things up and slowing things down in certain areas of her life by the aspects that they were making to natal planets and progressions in her chart.
I’m not going to discuss all the intimate and finer details of her personal reading here but the reading that I gave her helped her to see what was slowing things down, shedding light on certain conditions and offering her reassurance and timeframes of when things were likely to get moving again. I also (per her request) took a look at her website.
She was currently only selling wholesale to retail stores on the website and so I suggested that she add a Paypal Shopping Cart to her site, as well so she could offer her products to Individual Online Shoppers who visit the site.
She mentioned after my suggestion that she had also been recently thinking about doing this and since our reading has added the Retail Service and Paypal Buttons.
A few days after our Consultation I received a lovely package via FedEx from Angie with a very kind note thanking me for the Reading and an assortment of her amazing products.
She grows the Herbs that are in her lotions and aromatherapy products and along with her team, makes and packages each product. They are beautifully packaged and smell really great.
I’m loving the Aromatherapy Sprays and the “Tuberose and Goat Milk & Honey Lotion”.
She also sent me a note and gave me permission to share it.
